So in conclusion, the servers need to learn how to treat customers or they wont ever get tipped. When I got home, I told my brother about it & he said that happened to him and his friends a couple weeks ago by that same waitress. When she saw she didnt get tipped, she started to yell at us. My friends didnt tip her because of the way she treated us. So, I only tipped her a dollar because thats rude. While I was pulling my money, she is standing over me watching. Since she was nasty to us, I was only gonna tip her $2. I think she assumed she was gonna get a big tip. So, I asked her if she can give me change and she said yes. When it came time to pay, our waitress took 10 years to come back with my card. She was very nasty and didnt even smile at us. So, I know how a customer should be treated and how a server should act. I work at a restaurant and my mom is a waitress. The man was very nice to us, but our waitress was the complete opposite. When we got there, we got sat at this booth by a man. So, we decided to go there to get food after a long day of shopping. My friends and I love chinese food and sushi. Please support my review and dont eat here. I said yeah ok i didnt want to fight with her i gave her my cc and paid and left and told her i will never eat here again and i will post a bad review.These restaurants are hungry cuz they been closed for many months due to virus they dont care about us they care about money. Well she came back with the short lady that checked us in and said you arrived at 3:45 and I told you it was dinner.I told her no your wrong it was 3:29 and u were busy with someone you then saw us and ask how many and took us to the table and ask our drink order you never said it was dinner time.She was very rude to us and starting yelling you here for dinner not lunch you need to pay. This place has changed it used to be good when it first open then it went downhill hill this is well before the virus.My g/f and I saw that it was open so we decided to check it out on 10/17/20We arrive 3:29 pm just in time for the lunch special there was a person at the desk taking care of customer then we were next she question how many we said 2 she sat us in a booth and ask what you want to drink we gave our order to her and went to the buffet.We had to wear our mask n put on gloves as we walked around there were many items that said DINNER ONLY so we didnt take because we were there for lunch and didnt want to be charged its about a $10 difference.When we received the check we were charged the dinner which was $30.72 that included one soda.I told the waitress we were here for lunch special and arrived at 3:29 and this needs to be changed. Bitter sweet taste after paying like it was a 5 stars fine restaurant. The most annoying part is the bill part any group bigger than 8 has a 13% charge wait whaaaat? I know people do not tip and I am not against a charge but we had in our group 3 kids 2 and 3 years old that didnt eat and we paid for them and on top a service charge that is not even a tip that is called greed at its finest. The fried rice had corn!!! What? They lost me there you can order them to make it without but I learn that to late. Now, they lack of mandarin, teriyaki or orange chicken. They have disposable gloves which it makes it nice too. Sushi looks good and taste it good too and the noodles were perfect. They had popular dishes like sweet and sour chicken and general tso (but this one we didnt like it). From a person all the way from Florida, I was exited to taste oriental food from up north.
